1. Information We Collect

We collect the startup ideas you submit for analysis, your account email, and basic usage telemetry (page views, feature engagement). We do not collect biometric data, location data, or browser fingerprints.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your submitted ideas are used solely to generate your analysis report and remain in your private workspace. We use anonymized usage telemetry to improve the product. We never use your ideas to train AI models — ours or third-party.

3. Data Retention

Your analyses remain available in your workspace until you delete them. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently purged within 30 days. Backups are encrypted and rotated every 90 days.

4. Third-Party Services

We use industry-standard processors for payments (Stripe), email (Postmark), and analytics (Plausible — privacy-first, no cookies). All processors are GDPR-compliant and bound by data processing agreements.

5. Your Rights

You may request a full data export, account deletion, or correction at any time by contacting [email protected]. EU users have full GDPR rights including the right to be forgotten and data portability.
