3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share accounts across users without a paid team plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the analysis engine, or use the service to harass other users or generate harmful content.
5. Privacy & Data
We take your privacy seriously. Your submitted ideas are encrypted and are never used to train our AI models or shared with third parties without your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All ideas you submit remain your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your content. The Validator brand, logo, and analysis engine remain Validator's intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The analysis provided by Validator is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the success or failure of any business idea. You are solely responsible for your business decisions and outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
Validator and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts of Delaware.
